Jana Segarra
EVP of Title Production- Investment Title, LLC
Jana has 25 years’ experience in the title industry, serving as a Title Officer and Senior Title Officer in agencies in central and northern New Jersey. She holds Title Producer Licenses in Pennsylvania and Florida as well as New Jersey. She is an owner of Investment Title, LLC where she also oversees the underwriting and title production operations for all 3 states. She is also a member of the editorial board of The Advocate, the NJLTA statewide publication.

Isidore Teitelbaum
Underwriting Counsel – Two Rivers Title
Mr. Teitelbaum has 45 years’ experience in the title insurance industry, is a member of the N.J. and N.Y. Bar, Past President N.J. Land Title Association, licensed N.J. Title Insurance instructor, and member of the ALTA Education Committee.

Heather R. Bell
Operating Manager – Property Title Group, LLC
Heather has 15 years’ experience in the title industry. She has held positions as both an agent and underwriter and is a licensed title producer in New Jersey as well as ten other states across the country. She served as a speaker for a national title insurance underwriter’s Continuing Education School presenting at state accredited Title Insurance Producer seminars as well as providing CLE credit at events for law firms and the Bar Associations across the State. She is currently a member of the NJLTA Recording Practices Committee and she is serving as chair on the Agency Section Management Board as well as on the editorial board of The Advocate, the NJLTA statewide publication.

Peter Casey Wall
Director of Technology and Compliance - Foundation Title, LLC
Casey has 15 years experience in the title insurance industry working for small and large agents as well as a national underwriter. Currently he serves as Director of Technology and Compliance for Foundation Title while also contributing as a title examiner and instructor for Foundation Title Academy. He is a NJ licensed Title Producer and Instructor, and is also approved to instruct for Legal and Real Estate continuing education in New Jersey. He currently serves as the Second Vice President of the New Jersey Land Title Association. He is also a member of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance Title Advisory Committee.

Dave Ewan
Underwriting Counsel, Westcor Land Title Insurance Company.
David has been involved in real estate and the title industry for 30 years and is a licensed NJ title insurance producer. Currently, David is the New Jersey Land Title Association’s Law Evaluation and Legislation Committee Chair. He is also an active member of the American Land Title Association’s (ALTA) Forms Committee and is also a member of the ALTA Forms Committee’s Style Sub-Committee.

Alexander Fineberg
Direct Operations Underwriting Counsel for Fidelity National Title Group in New Jersey, where he facilitates the closing of commercial real estate transactions. He previously worked in the New Jersey office of Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, where he provided guidance to a network of title insurance agents. As a member of the three-person Editorial Board of the New Jersey Land Title Institute, Mr. Fineberg has worked on extensive revisions to the Fourth and Fifth Editions of New Jersey Title Practice, a comprehensive treatise on New Jersey title insurance law. He is a past chair of the Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and continues to serve on its Board of Consultors. He remains a frequent lecturer at NJSBA continuing education seminars.

Mr. Fineberg currently serves as chair of the Amicus Committee for the New Jersey Land Title Association.
He is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law – Newark. He received his B.A. from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Joanna Quaintance
New Jersey Agency State Manager. She joined First American Title in 2016 and has over 20 years of legal and title industry experience. A graduate of Stockton University, Joanna received a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice, her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Joanna received the 2018 First American DPK Circle of Excellence Award in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the Company. Joanna is a licensed title insurance producer in New Jersey and is an instructor of continuing education courses.
